No long-term contracts required. We bill monthly and you can cancel service at any time with 30 days' notice. We believe in earning your business through quality service, not locking you into agreements.

Our turnover cleaning includes full kitchen cleaning (appliances, counters, floors), bathroom sanitization, bedroom linen changes, living area vacuuming/mopping, trash removal, supply restocking, and a departure walkthrough. We also check for damage and report any maintenance issues.
We prefer 24-48 hours notice, but we handle same-day requests when possible. For best results, sync your booking calendar with us so we can proactively schedule turnovers.
We can work either way. Many owners provide their own linens and supplies, which we manage and restock. We also offer linen service and supply procurement for an additional fee. We'll recommend the best setup for your property.
We stand behind our work with a quality guarantee. If you or your guest notices any issues within 24 hours, we'll return to address them at no extra charge. Just contact us and we'll make it right.
Our weekly maintenance includes water chemistry testing and balancing, filter inspection and cleaning, surface wipe-down, cover cleaning, and water level adjustment. We keep detailed logs and alert you to any issues.
For vacation rentals with regular use, we recommend draining and refilling every 2-3 months. Heavy use properties may need more frequent drains. We track usage and recommend the optimal schedule for your specific situation.
We partner with licensed hot tub technicians for repairs. Our team identifies issues during routine maintenance and coordinates repairs on your behalf. Minor adjustments and troubleshooting are included in our service.
Our subscription plan bills a flat $299/month for the first 12 inches of cumulative snowfall, plus $199 for each additional 12-inch increment. This gives you predictable costs without surprise bills after big storms. Snow totals reset on the 1st of each month.
We offer per-event pricing starting at $75. However, subscription customers receive priority serviceโwe plow their properties first before handling per-event requests. During heavy storms, this can make a significant difference in timing.
Yes! When you're on our turnover schedule, we automatically coordinate plowing with guest check-ins. Your driveway will be cleared before guests arrive, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
We invoice monthly for all services rendered. Invoices are sent via email with detailed breakdowns of each service. Payment is due within 15 days. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks.
Yes! Properties using multiple services (turnover + hot tub, or turnover + snow removal) receive bundled pricing. Contact us for a custom quote based on your property's needs.
