Description

Enjoy life at 9,280 feet right in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. We are on the Snake River, just 5 minutes away from the chairlifts at Keystone Ski Resort. This chalet is the perfect place for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and adventure. You’ll get to enjoy the entire upstairs area, featuring:

  • 3 private bedrooms with comfortable bedding
  • Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck
  • Vaulted ceilings, natural wood accents, and beautiful scenic views

Guest Access

  • Kitchen: Fully stocked with a coffee maker, espresso machine, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and cookware.
  • Dining Room: Features a large dining table, board games, and laptop hookups for your convenience.
  • Living Room: Relax with a gas fireplace, stereo system (CD/AM/FM/AUX), and a back aligner/foam roller for unwinding after outdoor activities.

Each bedroom is designed to provide comfort and privacy for all guests:

  • King Master-Suite: Located on the second floor, this room has vaulted ceilings, a King-sized bed, a private balcony overlooking the river, and a large attached bathroom. Enjoy the peace and quiet away from the rest of the house.
  • Queen Bunk Room: Situated on the main floor, this room has sliding door access to the deck. It features a sturdy queen mattress below and a twin XL mattress on top. Ideal for families or adults.
  • Twin Room: Also on the main floor, this room includes two twin beds and an extra twin mattress in the closet. It has direct access to the deck, making it perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors.

Getting Around

Your best bet is to drive or rent a car. The free local Summit Stage bus system will get you to nearby attractions, including A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne. You can also use airport shuttles for convenient transportation to and from the area.

House Rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and avoid being noisy outside during this time.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept off beds and furniture. Please clean up after your pets, both indoors and outdoors. Use the provided cleaning tools for any accidents.
  • Parking: All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Parking on the street or cul-de-sac is prohibited.
  • No MOOP (Matter Out Of Place): We maintain a "leave no trace" policy. Please do not litter. Keep the property and surroundings clean.
  • No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and cannabis are not allowed inside the house. Speak to the host if you need guidance on outdoor smoking areas.

Parking

Please park all cars in the driveway. It accommodates up to 5 cars according to our rental permit. Parking on any road in Summit County, including the cul-de-sac, is illegal and may result in towing or fines.

For snow removal coordination, please contact Kyle. Your cooperation ensures smooth and safe operations during snowy conditions.

Check-out Instructions

  • Gather used towels and leave them in the bathroom.
  • Throw away trash but do not leave it outside or in the garage (bears).
  • Turn off all lights and electronics.
  • Lock all doors when leaving.
  • Return keys to the designated lockbox if applicable.
